This notice covers the information you provide when requesting a call with an advisor on this page.
What we collect. Your name, phone number, and email address; your answers to our qualification questions (province of residence, current work and study situation, program timeline, and interest in financial assistance); and technical information collected automatically, including your IP address, browser type, and identifiers used to measure advertising.
Why we collect it. To determine whether our programs are a fit for you, to book and prepare for your advisor call, to follow up if you don't complete a booking, and to measure and improve the advertising that brought you here.
Who we share it with. We use HubSpot to store your information and manage scheduling. We share technical identifiers — a device identifier and your IP address — with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram) in order to measure our advertising. Where we share anything that could identify you personally with Meta, such as your email or phone number, it is converted first into a one-way cryptographic hash that cannot be reversed back into your original information. We do not sell your information.
Where it's processed. HubSpot and Meta are based in the United States and may process or store your information there. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure it continues to receive an appropriate level of protection.
How long we keep it. For as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes above, or as required by law.
Your rights. You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at privacy@newpatheducation.ca. We will respond to access and correction requests within 30 days. If we can't resolve a concern, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, 30 Victoria Street, Gatineau, QC K1A 1H3, 1-800-282-1376.
If our business changes hands. If New Path Education Partners is sold or restructured, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, and would remain subject to a privacy policy at least as protective as this one.

I'm AJ, I run it. New Path is an independent advisory, not a school. We don't run classes. What we do is help you work out which program is worth a year of your life, and which one isn't.
How we get paid
Talking to an advisor is free. We have partnerships with the best career colleges in Ontario and are paid by the college when we place you in a program that fits your goals.
We work with a small number of colleges and we need them to keep taking our calls. Send them students who drop out and that stops. So our advisors will tell you when a program isn't worth doing.

An advisor asks about your situation, your hours, and what you actually want to be doing. From that they pin down a program that fits, recommend a pace you can keep while you're still working, and show you the kinds of jobs it leads to. Bring every question you have.

Working out the money
We work out what the program costs, what you'd pay each month, and what that leaves you to live on while you keep working. We walk you through the financial assistance paperwork. If the numbers don't work, you find that out now instead of in month four.

It's for you if...

You are working now. Warehouse, kitchen, retail floor, care shift, site crew, front desk. You need to keep working through the whole program, and the timetable is built for exactly that.

The jobs you want ask for a credential you don't have. You've read the postings. You know the wall.

You can commit to twelve months, including the weeks around month six where you'll want to quit.

Your bad months are already unmanageable. A 12-month program makes that worse. The advisor will say so instead of signing you up.

Some programs lead to jobs that barely exist. We will tell you which ones those are, even when it costs us the enrolment.
Common Questions
Before you book anything.
We never take your tuition. New Path is an independent advisory, the call is free, and if you enrol you pay the college directly.
Before you pay anyone, an advisor shows you live local job ads naming the credential and what they pay from published data. Ontario also publishes the graduate employment rate for every career college, so you can check any school yourself, including the ones we suggest.
It rules out most programs, not the ones we point you at. Their timetables are built around shifts and pickup times, and almost everyone in the room is working too.
The room is mostly people twenty-five to forty-five with a decade of work behind them. You won't be the oldest and you won't be explaining yourself to nineteen-year-olds.
Most people who leave do it in the first few months, and it's usually money or a shift change rather than the coursework. Your advisor stays in touch through that stretch, so someone notices before you're gone.
The call is completely free. You get all the advice you need, and someone there to answer every question you have. Tuition depends on the program and is broadly comparable to other private career colleges. You get the full figure and the payment schedule on the call, before you commit to anything. If you want to move forward and get help through the rest of your career change, you can join our Navigator Program. There's a small file-opening fee of under CA$100.
Tell your advisor before it happens rather than after. Payment terms are set by the college, and you see them in writing before you sign anything.
Refunds and fee obligations for career colleges are governed by provincial rules, and your advisor walks you through how they apply to you before you sign. If you do have to step out, we help you plan the way back in.
Yes. You get a dedicated job board, your navigator, and access to our job-seeking systems as part of the Navigator Program.
They're running the same arithmetic you are on worse information. Bring them to the call so they see the money plan and the timetable and can ask directly.
Twelve months of study, then the job search, with our support through the Navigator Program. Nobody can promise you a date, but on the call you see what the postings look like right now for that exact credential.
